EPA Proposes Approval of New Hampshire's Revised State Plan for Large and Small Municipal Waste Combustors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve New Hampshire's revised State Plan for Large and Small Municipal Waste Combustors, which aims to implement and enforce emission guidelines and standards set by the Clean Air Act. The plan was submitted in response to updated regulations and court-ordered emission limits.
