EPA Approves New Hampshire State Plan for Municipal Waste Combustors

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to New Hampshire's State Plan for Large and Small Municipal Waste Combustors (MWCs), which aims to implement and enforce emission guidelines and standards set by the EPA and the state's General Court.
