FHWA Grants Buy America Waiver for 50 State Projects

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a notice stating that it has found a Buy America waiver to be appropriate for 50 state projects involving the purchase or retrofit of vehicles or vehicle components, provided they are assembled in the US.
