Public Comment Period Opened for SUNNY Vessel Waiver Request

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request for an administrative waiver of the U.S.-build requirement of the coastwise laws for the vessel SUNNY. The waiver would allow the vessel to operate under certain circumstances.
