EPA to Set Deadline for Implementing Nitrogen Oxide Regulations Under Clean Air Act

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a consent decree to address a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club, requiring the agency to establish a deadline for implementing regulations to properly regulate nitrogen oxides as an ozone precursor in Montana.
