EPA Approves Texas Plan to Reduce VOC Emissions from Storage Tanks

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a Texas State Implementation Plan revision to control volatile organic compound emissions from storage tanks in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Houston-Galveston-Brazoria areas, as well as in several counties in Texas.
