FMCSA Receives Applications for Epilepsy Exemptions

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has received applications from 12 individuals seeking exemptions from the prohibition on commercial motor vehicle (CMV) operation for those with epilepsy or seizure disorders, allowing them to drive for 2 years in interstate commerce.
