FMCSA Announces Changes to New Entrant Safety Assurance Program Operational Test

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is updating its New Entrant Safety Assurance Program Operational Test to improve the accuracy of new entrant safety audits, and extending the test period through December 2014 to gather sufficient data for future decision-making.
