FHWA Publishes Revised Core Toll Concessions Model Contract Guide

The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has released a revised Core Toll Concessions Public-Private Partnership Model Contract Guide, following public comments received on the initial draft published in February 2014. The updated guide reflects input from the public and will be used to develop public-private partnership transaction model contracts for transportation projects.
