Federal Agency Issues Correction to Environmental Impact Statement and Scoping Meeting Notice

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a correction to its notice of intent to prepare an environmental impact statement and a notice of scoping meeting, which was previously scheduled to take place on October 12, 2023, at the EPA headquarters in Washington, D.C.
