FAA Extends Comment Period for Performance-Based Navigation Procedures

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is extending the public comment period for its notice on implementing legislative categorical exclusion for environmental review of performance-based navigation procedures, which was initially set to expire on September 19, 2014.
