FMCSA to Submit Hours of Service Regulations for Review and Approval

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public comment on a plan to revise and extend its Information Collection Request for the Hours of Service (HOS) of Drivers Regulations, which aims to improve road safety by ensuring CMV drivers get adequate rest.
