EPA Submits Information Collection Request for Unreasonable Adverse Effects Information Under FIFRA Section 6(a)(2) for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, seeking to collect data on unreasonable adverse effects information under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 6(a)(2), as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The EPA is extending the public review period by 30 days, following a previously issued public review opportunity in the Federal Register on February 5, 2014.
