Hazardous Materials: Emergency Restriction/Prohibition Order Issued to National Distribution Services, Inc., TankServices, LLC, and Carl Johansson

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has issued an Emergency Restriction/Prohibition Order to National Distribution Services, Inc., TankServices, LLC, and Carl Johansson, prohibiting them from filling, offering, transporting, and repairing cargo tank vehicles, as well as conducting inspections and testing, unless done by a registered inspector.
