FMCSA Requests Public Comments on Commercial Driver's License Passenger Endorsement Requirements

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is seeking public input on the knowledge and skills testing requirements for a commercial driver's license (CDL) passenger endorsement to ensure safe operation of commercial vehicles transporting passengers, in response to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21) Section 32709.
