OFPP, OMB, and DOD Seek Public Input on Report on Alternative Reimbursement Measures for Contractor Employees

The Office of Federal Procurement Policy, in collaboration with the Office of Management and Budget and the Department of Defense, is soliciting public feedback for a report to Congress on alternative reimbursement methods for contractor employee compensation, mandated by the Bipartisan Budget Act of 2013.
