U.S. Imposes Countervailing Duties on Seamless Carbon and Alloy Steel Pipe from China

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a countervailing duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from the People's Republic of China, following affirmative final determinations by the Department and the International Trade Commission, and amending its final determination to correct ministerial errors.
