Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program Application Requirements Updated Following MAP-21 Enactment

The Surface Transportation Project Delivery Program has revised application requirements in response to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21), which transformed the program into a permanent initiative allowing any state to participate and expanded the Secretary's responsibilities to include environmental reviews for various projects.
