EPA Withdraws Partial Deletion of California Gulch Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its plan to partially delete three sites from the National Priorities List due to adverse comments received during the public comment period, and will instead consider publishing a revised plan based on the original proposal.
