EPA Approves Indiana's Open Burning Rule for Attainment Counties

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving Indiana's request to revise its state implementation plan to include the open burning provisions in the Indiana Administrative Code, specifically for attainment counties. The EPA is not taking action on the rule for certain nonattainment counties.
