EPA Proposes Creation of New Case Records System

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of Administrative Law Judges is proposing to create a new system of records called the Case Records System to manage its administrative adjudicatory proceedings. The system will store and manage documents relevant to these proceedings, including pleadings, motions, and hearing transcripts.
