EPA Publishes Receipt and Status Information for New Chemicals Under Review

The United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is required to publish a notice of receipt of premanufacture notices, test marketing exemptions, and periodic status reports on new chemicals under review, as mandated by the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). The latest report covers the period from July 1, 2014, to August 22, 2014.
