EPA Corrects Final Rule on NPDES Permit Applications and Reporting

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is revising a 2014 rule to clarify that permit applicants must use sufficiently sensitive test methods when submitting NPDES permit applications and that the Director must ensure only sufficiently sensitive methods are used for pollutant analysis under the permit.
