NARA Revises FOIA Regulations to Clarify Access to Archival Holdings and Operational Records

The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) has updated its regulations governing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) access to its archival holdings and operational records, incorporating changes from the OPEN FOIA Act of 2009, the OPEN Government Act of 2007, and the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments of 1996 (E-FOIA).
