EPA Approves West Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve West Virginia's revised Ambient Air Quality Standards, following a noncontroversial submittal from the state, and will not institute a second comment period if no adverse comments are received.
