EPA Adds Five Sites to National Priorities List Under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized a rule adding five contaminated sites to the National Priorities List, a list of hazardous substance releases that guides EPA's investigation and remediation efforts under the 1980 CERCLA law.
