Notice of Proposed Buy America Waiver for a Variable Refrigerant Flow HVAC System

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is seeking public comment on a proposed waiver to allow the purchase of a non-compliant Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) HVAC system for the Omnitrans San Bernardino Transit Center (SBTC) using FTA funding.
