NASA Updates NASA FAR Supplement to Simplify Regulations

NASA is updating the NASA FAR Supplement to eliminate unnecessary regulations, streamline processes, and clarify language, as part of its retrospective plan to improve regulatory review, following President Obama's Executive Order 13563 in 2011.
