Government Agency Seeks Comments on New FOIA Form for Third-Party Perjury

The U.S. Department of Education is requesting public comment on a proposed new form under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for reporting third-party perjury, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
