Payment or Reimbursement for Certain Medical Expenses for Camp Lejeune Family Members

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is implementing regulations to provide payment or reimbursement for medical expenses of family members who lived at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, between 1957 and 1987 due to exposure to contaminated water. Eligible family members will receive hospital care and medical services, and payment will be made within statutory limits.
