EPA Grants Warner-Lambert Company Land-Ban Exemption Modification

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has granted Warner-Lambert Company, a Pfizer subsidiary, a modification to its land-ban exemption under the 1984 Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, allowing the company to dispose of hazardous waste on land.
