EPA Removes Monroe Auto Equipment (Paragould Pit) Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the removal of the Monroe Auto Equipment (Paragould Pit) Superfund Site in Paragould, Arkansas, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
