EPA Withdraws Direct Final Rule for Monroe Auto Equipment Superfund Site

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn its direct final rule to remove the Monroe Auto Equipment Company (Paragould Pit) site from the Superfund National Priorities List (NPL) due to errors in the supporting documentation, and will instead correct the errors in a subsequent final action.
