EPA Proposes Revision to Arizona State Implementation Plan for Particulate Matter Emissions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the Maricopa County Air Quality Department (MCAQD) portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan (SIP) to regulate particulate matter emissions from incinerators, burn-off ovens, and crematories under the Clean Air Act (CAA).
