Defense Finance and Accounting Service Proposes Changes to Military Pay System

The Defense Finance and Accounting Service is proposing to update its 'Defense Joint Military Pay System--Active Component' system, which handles military pay and allowances for active component members, to ensure accurate and timely payments and to maintain records of transactions and personnel data.
