FAA Proposes Establishment of Class D and E Airspace at Hammond, LA Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has proposed establishing Class D and E airspace at Hammond Northshore Regional Airport in Hammond, Louisiana, in response to the construction of an air traffic control tower, which will improve safety and management of Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) operations.
