NIOSH to Evaluate Petition for Idaho National Laboratory Employees

The National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) is required to evaluate a petition to include Idaho National Laboratory employees in the Special Exposure Cohort under the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000, which covers workers who worked at the Idaho National Laboratory from 1949 to 1970.
