DoD Issues Final Rule to Delete Congressional Reporting Requirement for DFARS

The Department of Defense (DoD) is removing an outdated congressional reporting requirement from the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) for task and delivery order contracts, effective immediately.
