EPA Approves Virginia's Air Quality Implementation Plan for 2008 Ozone and 2010 Nitrogen Dioxide Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to Virginia's State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address the implementation, maintenance, and enforcement of the 2008 ozone and 2010 nitrogen dioxide National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
