List of Delayed Special Permit Applications

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) has published a list of special permit applications that have been pending for 180 days or more, along with the reasons for delay and expected completion dates. These applications are subject to the requirements of 49 U.S.C. 51I7(c).
