EPA Proposes Deletion of Consolidated Iron and Metal Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to remove the Consolidated Iron and Metal Superfund Site in Newburgh, New York, from the National Priorities List (NPL), and is seeking public input on this decision. The EPA and the State of New York have determined that all necessary cleanup actions have been completed, but future Superfund actions are still possible.
