EPA Proposes Amendment to National Oil and Hazardous Substances Pollution Contingency Plan for Public Notice Expansion

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to expand the methods by which it can notify the public about certain Superfund activities, allowing for more effective community outreach and information dissemination.
