Bombardier Proposes New Airworthiness Directive for Regional Jets

Bombardier, Inc. proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Regional Jet Series 100 & 440 airplanes to address reports of cracking on skin panels and skin splice joints, which could lead to widespread fatigue damage and compromise the airplane's structural integrity.
