EPA Finalizes Authorization for Arkansas' Hazardous Waste Management Program Changes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized authorization for Arkansas' state-initiated changes to its hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), which allows states to operate their hazardous waste management programs in lieu of the federal program. The changes satisfy all requirements and are incorporated by reference from the state's statutes and regulations.
