Projects of National and Regional Significance Survey to Re-Open

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) is re-opening the Projects of National and Regional Significance (PNRS) survey, which was initially conducted from May 29 to June 30, 2014, to allow for a more comprehensive catalogue of projects to support planning and investment decisions.
