DOT Updates Records Exemptions Under Privacy Act

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has updated its records exemptions under the Privacy Act, adding the General Investigation Records System and Personnel Security Record System to the list of exempt systems, effective immediately, and invites public comment.
