Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Issues Clean Air Act PSD Permit for Salem Harbor Redevelopment Project

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has made a final decision to issue a Clean Air Act PSD permit for the Salem Harbor Redevelopment Project, allowing Footprint Power Salem Harbor Development, LP to proceed with the construction of the project.
