EPA Approves New Mexico Regional Haze State Implementation Plan Revisions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a revision to the New Mexico Regional Haze State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address emissions from the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) San Juan Generating Station (SJGS) and ensure compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements.
