EPA Withdraws Federal Implementation Plan for New Mexico's San Juan Generating Station

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a Federal Implementation Plan for the San Juan Generating Station in New Mexico, effective immediately, as part of its approval of revised state air quality plans that address nitrogen oxide emissions and non-interference with neighboring states' programs to protect visibility.
