National Institutes of Health Requests 30-Day Comment Period for International Bilateral Programs Review

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval of its international bilateral programs, seeking an additional 30-day public comment period following a previously published notice in 2014.
